3.5% added to invoice total if payment to be via credit card.
How we operate:
We are a time and materials shop, the time that it takes plus the cost of the materials will be invoiced accordingly. We do not provide labor estimates.
Invoices are billed weekly, with the expectation that invoices will be paid upon receipt via cash, check, apple pay, wire transfer, or credit card. If paying with credit card there will be a 3.5% surcharge fee added to the invoice total.
If payments are not made in a timely manner your project may lose priority in the work order.
All invoices must be paid in full before picking up your project.
Estimates:
Estimates are not guaranteed and are subject to change with upgrades of required systems, additions, or removals of accessories, added work due to vehicle's condition, part availability, part inflation, and unknown variables as build progresses.
Part estimates do not include labor cost or shipping and handling. Each vehicle has its own unique history and end goal, due to the nature of being a custom shop and each vehicle’s needs and wants, it is not possible to provide an accurate labor estimate.
Vehicle completion dates are on a case-to-case basis, however SMRC will strive to make requested vehicle completion dates assuming vehicle completion date is realistic and coincides with estimated hours plus or minus changes as stated above.
